2019 - 2020 ROCO Girls Hockey
Both our girls and boys Midget programs operating under our Tier 1 Rochester Youth Charter are experiencing National success this season. The Rochester Coalition boys program run by Chris Collins has 7 D1 commits in its first year and features 3 teams in the top 25 in the nation between our 15’s (ranked 17th in the Nation),16’s (ranked 25th in the Nation), and 18’s (ranked 19th in the Nation). Our younger girls program run by Kelly Collins continues to grow with girls teams at 8U and 10U. Kelly’s 10U girls team is undefeated in the Great Lakes Girls Hockey League in its inaugural season and we are focused on continuing to build a highly competitive girls program from the ground up. Our goal is to provide the right level of development and exposure for our female athletes to have the opportunity to attend top prep and college programs in the country similar to our boys program. We realize that achieving that goal starts with providing a continuous development path that is focused on the unique needs of female athletes starting at the Mite level going through their Midget playing years.
In response to the growing demand for our girls program we are going to continue to offer an 8U Elite Development team-
